Our website is not designed for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child is using our website and they are under the age of 16, please contact us. Before we remove any information, we may ask for proof of identification to prevent malicious removal of account information. If we discover that a child under the age of 16 is accessing our website, we will delete their information within a reasonable period of time. OPT OUT
You can always opt-out of receiving email correspondence from us or our affiliates. We DO NOT sell, rent, or trade your email address to any third-party without your permission except in the sale or transfer of our company.

To opt-out of receiving FMC Services related and/or inquiry response-related messages from FMC, you must cease requesting and/or utilizing the FMC Services.

These disclosures supplement any privacy notice we previously or contemporaneously provided to you, including any California-specific privacy notice provided to you if you are a member, or employee of FMC. Right to Know

We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about consumers. California residents have the right to request the correction of any inaccurate personal information that we maintain about them.

You will need to provide us with personal information for us to match with information we have on file in order to verify your identity and residency. The personal information that we use to verify your identity, and residency will not be used for any other purpose.
You may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf if you provide the authorized agent with written permission signed by you. We may require you to verify your identity directly with us and confirm that you provided the authorized agent with permission to submit a request on your behalf.
Right of Non-Retaliation and Non-Discrimination
California residents have the right to exercise their rights under the CCPA without receiving retaliatory or discriminatory treatment. We do not retaliate or discriminate against California residents who exercise their CCPA privacy rights.
We reserve the right to change this privacy notice at any time. If we decide to change this privacy notice, we will post those changes on our website, so our users and members are always aware of what information we collect, use, and disclose. If at any time we decide to disclose or use your personal data in a method different from that specified at the time it was collected, we will provide advance notice by email sent to the email address on file in your account.
